Tumbling:
Cheer Central notified us yesterday that they had to move the times for freshman and JV. The freshman team will still be practicing Mondays and Tuesdays but it will be pushed back half an hour. We will now be practicing from 4:30-5:30 on those days. Remember we start next Monday the 13th so be prepared to chose the day you would like your debit/credit card to be charged each month. Also, if you cannot take your daughter because of work or other reasons, please arrange a carpool system with the other parents.
Payments:
At the end of each month Coach A will print off a spreadsheet of each athlete's balance for the next month. I will hand them out at practice and money will be collected on the 1st of every month.
Camp:
Eaglecrest does not provide transportation to camp. If you know you will be unable to take or pick up your daughter please arrange accordingly, talk with the other parents about carpooling. I will try to get a parent to help me get this organized in the upcoming weeks.
Fundraising:
I sent out an email explaining the fundraising for games and events, if you have any questions let me know. We will be getting the king soopers cards together this week and E cards will be sold at the end of July. YOUR DAUGHTERS DID AMAZING WITH THE POPCORN FUNDRAISER! I am very proud of their dedication and expect the same in upcoming fundraisers, they are truly helping with the cost of their season.
