Hi everyone! Sorry this weekend got crazy and I was unable to post a workout for Friday. For all of you who had the dance on Friday, I hope you had fun! Please do this workout either today after gym or tomorrow after gym, thanks!

3 Rounds for time:
30 jumping jacks
15 squats
10 push-ups

Then do:
40 crunches
30 lemon sqeezers
20 situps
10 v-ups

On Wednesday you will be telling me your times for part one so work hard! Don't cheat yourselves!
