5 Rounds:
10 Squats
10 Heel Raises
20 push-up position arm circles
15 chair dips
Stretch and hold your splits to improve your flexibility!
We only have five real practices before camp, so I NEED you guys to take 20-30 minutes to practice the fight song on your own. If you can, try to do it in front of a mirror or have someone watch you and critique you. Focus on your motion placement and being SHARP, don't forget to smile :) Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
Don't forget... Tomorrow we have regular practice at cheer central from 4:30-5:30 AND your king Soopers money is due.
